What happened to the Kacico School of Contemporary Dance?

 

You may be asking this question!  As of January 2010 the classes offered through the Kacico School of Contemorary Dance have been merged with The Community School of the Arts/ Kansas City Young Audiences.  The Kacico teachers are now teaching their former classes at CSA/YA which is located on the campus of St. Teresa's Academy in KCMO.  Though it is unfortunate that there will no longer be a school of dance associated with Kacico Dance, the profesional company, this was a very positve move and CSA/YA has a wonderful program in dance and other art disciplines.  Please go to www.kcya.org for information on the former Kacico School classes now offered there!  (Please note that CSA/YA and Kacico Dance are separate organizations. )
