Kacico Dance presents "The Inspired Project ", a concert of new work influenced by multiple medias including music, painting, poetry, photography, and dance.  New work will be presented by Holly Harmison, Allison Mckinzie, Maggie Osgood, and Lindsay Spilker Tate.  Come see how art influences art!

(One time purchase): 

With your Fringe Button, you can purchase tickets to any Fringe show over all 10 days of the festival; including entrance to free events at Fringe Central.  Once you have purchased your button, you then buy a ticket to each show that you attend.  Ticket prices vary per event. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Tickets can be purchased online, at the venue, at Fringe Central, and the Fringe 411 Ticket Booth. The Kansas City Fringe Festival accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Little Red Riding Hood -

A Newfangled Prairie Tale

based on the book by Lisa Campbell Ernst

published by Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing (used with permission)

at MCC-Longview's Cultural Arts Center.

Announcements:

Kacico Dance recently received a $7,500 grant from the Muriel McBrien Kauffman Foundation in support of their 2010 season.  We truly appreciate their continued support of dance in Kansas City!

Kacico Dance received a $2500 grant from the Truman Heartland Community Foundation for a multigenerational family friendly performance.  Kacico will present this project, their version of Lisa Campbell Ernst's Little Red Riding Hood - A Newfangled Prairie Tale, at MCC-Longview in June 2010.  We appreciate their support in making this project possible. 

Kacico Dance has been selected to be on the Missouri Arts Council Touring Roster for the upcoming year. Missouri organizations and presenters may apply for matching funds to present Kacico Dance in their community.  Contact the Missouri Arts Council for more information. missouriartscouncil.org
